THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2006

The Nationals for another year has come and gone. The competition each year seems to get stronger and stonger. Not just from the fact that the quality of the horses are getting better but also from the riders.

The weather this year took us through 3 seasons in as many days. On Thursday the rain came down so hard they had to stop the show for half an hour through to sunday morning feeling like summer.

It was again a great chance to see some of the top horses and riders in the country.

We were very happy with both Timlei and Ramazzottie. They are both a little green at their levels but tried very hard in their classes. Tim coming home with a 7th in the Elementary and Zottie taking 5th place in a very big PSG class.

We also had quite a few clients who were competing and we would like to take this opportunity to congratulate them on their successes. A special mention to Roland Tong who took the title of Reserve National Champion in the Advanced Medium. Roland has his horses based with us and it was great to see him do so well.
